The moral rights of the authors are reserved. Whilst our best efforts go to maintain this website, Midwives for Mothers cannot be held responsible for any reliance placed upon the information contained within it.
Midwives for Mothers reserve the right to modify or withdraw course content or any service without notice as part of our policy of meeting the highest possible standards.
Midwives for Mothers classes have been designed to be up-to-date and factually correct at the time of teaching and to represent the current accepted professional standards with regards to general maternity advice. We also endeavour to include specialist guest speakers within select classes where appropriate, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Midwives for Mothers reserve the right to decline any application to attend any of its classes.
If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst in attendance at the classes you should immediately seek the advice from your midwife, GP, or other related health professional.
Use of this website, enrolling and/or attending class signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions. All classes are subject to these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
Our classes are taught by qualified midwives, trained antenatal instructors, and/or appropriate professionals. The information presented, and any material provided, in each antenatal course, including that provided by guest speakers, is intended for general educational purposes only. Midwives for Mothers classes have been designed as a supplement to the information, advice, and general instruction offered by your chosen NHS Trust. All course material is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction. Individual particular advice on your own current pregnancy and wellbeing cannot be given under any circumstances and clients must take queries about their own personal health or pregnancy to their Community Midwife, GP, Obstetrician or other appropriate health professional.
Midwives for Mothers cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes. You are particularly advised to take care of all personal property and possessions.
Payment
Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email.
Cancellatons and Refunds
You may cancel your antenatal class booking at any time by letting us know of the cancellation by email, text or phone. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email, text or phone as promptly as practically possible.
If you cancel more than one month before the start of the class then you will receive a full refund, less £25 to cover our administrational costs. If you cancel less than one month before the start of the class then no refund will be given. However, if your pregnancy ends before the class start date then you will receive a full refund, less £25 to cover our administrational costs.
Mothers for Midwives reserves the right to cancel the class at any time for any reason. In the very unlikely event of the class being cancelled a full refund will be given.
If for any reason Midwives for Mothers needs to reschedule a class or a lesson you will be given as much notice as possible. In the unlikely event that the class venue needs to be altered, Midwives for Mothers will endeavour to use a new venue located as close as possible to the original. In these circumstances no refund will be offered.
We understand lessons may be missed if plans change. If you cannot attend or miss a lesson, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss the options available.
